Your Card Security
All transactions taken
via this system are processed online using WorldPay's secure server.
WorldPay aim to offer a secure system for transactions over the
internet. This security is intended to offer peace of mind for
the Card Holder and the Shop Owner by allowing real time authorisation
of Credit Cardsthrough Bank Authorisation systems.The system is
hosted on a secure web site with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) capability
to allow encrypted communication with the customers browser.
Credit Card entry takes
place on our secure server rather than on the server of the merchant,
on a system that meets Bank standards for security of data. The
authorisation process is carried out by our Banking Partner, and
upon receiving either an authorisation or a decline this information
is passed back to the WorldPay server so that the appropriate
message can be displayed. At no time do we the merchants receive
a credit card number.
Terms
of Trade
1. Our Contract With You.
No Contract between you and MPH Records shall exist until MPH
Records (Mal Pope) have sent you an email confirming your order.
2. Prices
The prices of goods are those specifed on the MPH Records store
page. These are inclusive of VAT (UK Standard Rate) and are also
inclusive of delivery charges. MPH Records will email you in the
event of the inavailabilty of goods and a full refund will be
made within 30 days. Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.
3. Delivery
MPH Records will deliver the products ordered to the delivery
address supplied by the customer. Shipping and delivery times
are estimates only.
4. Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with the goods received, MPH Records will refund
the cost of the product in full providing each is returned to
the processing office within 30 days of the receipt of the order.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded if they are
returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the return
of goods for exchange or refund except in the case of damaged
or incorrectly supplied orders. We recommend that you use special
or recorded delivery when returning goods. In all cases, MPH Records'
only obligation is to refund the cost of returns in full.
